Searching for the right candidate(s) is based on a job description which provides the right framework for our search. Where possible we recommend the use of the Profile XT assessment which gives a view of the whole person in terms of thinking style, behavioural traits and occupational interests, all of which are crucial in putting the right person in the right job.
